VMS’ Winter Formal is quickly approaching. This event will be held on December 15th, from 6-8 PM in the middle school’s gym. The coronation will be from 6-6:20ish and will give families time to take photos before your departure. At 6:25 we will be asking parents to step out for the next 1 hour and a half to allow the student to have a great time dancing their night away. At 6:30, I would like to invite families to the school’s cafeteria for some review and introduce some new programs the middle school is initiating. Of course there will be punch and cookies to bribe you with. Please look out for the coming post on the dance specifics.
🏀Boys Basketball Fundraiser🏀

Our students with perfect attendance and no discipline referrals were rewarded today by attending the Spongebob musical play put on by the Altus High School!
Anonymous Reporting
Vernon ISD is committed to the safety of our students and want them, along with the community, to feel comfortable with reporting any concerns they may have. We are now using a program called Stop It which allows anyone to make an anonymous report about a variety of situations including bullying, drugs, vaping, violence, self-harm, threats, and so much more!
If you, or someone you know, would like to make a report, they can do so by going to https://appweb.stopitsolutions.com/login. They will search for Vernon ISD and then choose the campus. The report is completely anonymous.
Congratulations to our students of the week for November 7th - 11th!
